To properly dispose of household hazardous materials visit one of the following locations:
7030 Culebra Road, San Antonio, Texas 78238. The hours of operation are Tuesday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm. They are closed Sunday and Monday.
1800 Wurzbach Parkway, is a seasonal drop off site open only on the first consecutive Friday and first Saturday of the month from 8am-12pm. View a list of dates here.
The Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) site is free for City of San Antonio solid waste customers who pay an environmental fee; this fee appears on the CPS bill. Residents MUST take a recent copy of their CPS bill and a picture ID as proof of residency.
View a listing of guidelines for disposing at the HHW or acceptable material. Acceptable materials also includes E-Waste.
