Reclass/Reassign Updates

A service request may indicate a Reclass or Reassign update to indicate the request was created in the incorrect service category.  The responsible department advises the 311 Customer Service Office of this update and a new service request is generated and processed. If the customer's contact information was left on the original request, the customer should receive an email advising of the new service request number.
