Copies of police reports may be requested in person at the SAPD Headquarters located at 315 South Santa Rosa, San Antonio, Texas. The Records office is operated Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 4:00pm. They may be reached at (210) 207-7598.
Reports cannot be ordered over the phone. Requests can also be made online or by mail by downloading the Police Report Request Form. Please submit the form with a self addressed stamped envelope and money order payable to the City of San Antonio. Mail your request to the San Antonio Police Department Records Office located at 315 S. Santa Rosa, San Antonio Texas 78207.
- Accident Reports $6.00
- Incident Reports $0.10 per page for the first 50 pages (onsite reports)
- Offence Reports $0.10 per page for the first 50 pages (onsite reports)
Reports may take up to 7 business days for the officer to enter the incident in the system and the report becomes available for sale. Only incidents responded to by a City of San Antonio Police Officer are available.
