Under the law, lobbyists are individuals or entities paid or reimbursed $1,000 or more, or spending $500 or more, for such communications in a calendar year. Anyone exceeding these thresholds must register with the Texas Ethics Commission and provide periodic accounts of their lobbying activities.
The City of San Antonio Lobbyist Management E-File System is the depository of disclosure reports filed by Lobbyists registered with the City of San Antonio. The Reports filed with the Office of the City Clerk disclose lobbying activities made by Lobbyists on behalf of their Clients regarding Municipal Issues. The E-File System also allows the public to search lobbying activities, reports, Municipal Issues, and other disclosure information regarding their Clients.
