TVSA

TVSA is a government access channel used to broadcast City Council and County Commissioner's Court meetings, and insightful talk programs.

The City operates and broadcasts two television and digital channels:

• TVSA Government – Airs City Council and public meetings, and original programming to connect residents with City information and services.
• TVSA Public – Airs non-commercial programming produced by the members of the local community.

Ways to tune in to the TVSA channels

• Tune in to TVSA Government (Digital Antenna 16, AT&T 99, Spectrum 21, Grande 20) or TVSA Public (AT&T 99, Spectrum 20, Grande 19) on your television. Spanish language SAP (Second Audio Program) is available during all live City Council meetings by accessing the feature on the television remote control or through the television menu.
• Download the CGM TV app for free on your mobile or tablet device or streaming TV box.
• Visit sanantonio.gov/tvsa on your computer, mobile or tablet device.
• Listen to TVSA Government live by calling (210) 207-5555, for English press 1 and for Spanish press 2.

City Council A and B session meetings and many of the City’s public meetings are also broadcasted live through the City’s Facebook page.
