When city employee drug or alcohol testing is required on weekends or after 6pm on weekdays, supervisors should contact Redi Testing (formerly ARC point labs -a subcontractor of Concentra) at (210) 340-9992 and select emergency services when prompted. If the call goes to voicemail and you have not been contacted within 10 minutes, call 210-784-8787 to speak directly to a Redi Testing supervisor.
Services during regular business hours are provided by Concentra located at 400 E. Quincy St. Monday through Friday from 8:00am-6:00pm.
