Commercial pools or spas must apply for a license and be inspected prior to opening for business. ALL private residential pools and hot tubs, Jacuzzis and spas in the City or County ARE EXEMPT from licensing.

Note: Permits are mailed out on Monday after the payment has cleared. The permits normally take 1-2 week to be delivered depending on the postal service. Please allow time for permit to be delivered to ensure the billing address has no errors. If there is an error, an update will need to be made to the customer account.
