The City of San Antonio Fee Waiver Program (formerly ICRIP -Inner City Reinvestment Policy) program prioritizes projects involving affordable housing, owner-occupied rehabilitation, historic rehabilitation, and business development citywide.

The program provides financial assistance, such as City and SAWS fee waivers, and staff support in navigating regulatory processes. The program encourages affordable housing, historic preservation, supports our legacy businesses and existing homeowners, and promotes the expansion of small and minority businesses in San Antonio.
