City of San Antonio is accepting in-person payments for select City fees and permits at the City Tower Cashier Station. A City invoice or customer number is required for all payment processing. This City Tower Cashier Station can accept payments for the following:
Neighborhood Housing Mortgage Payments | Health Permits | Solid Waste Fees
Peddler Permits | Liquor License Permits | Pre-K 4 SA Tuition
Hotel Occupancy Tax | Monthly Parking Fees
City Retiree Benefits | Fire HAZMAT Fees
Development Services Permit Fees and Planning Fees CANNOT BE PROCESSED at this location.
They will remain at the Development Services Department located at 1901 South Alamo. Other payments can be processed at that location also.

Validated parking available for customers who park at City Tower Garage – 100 BLK N Main.
