Pet Vaccination Clinics

Saving...

Regular pet vaccinations provide protection from disease and San Antonio Animal Care Services is now sponsoring free pet vaccination clinics every Saturday throughout the community. Animal Care Services (ACS) has long partnered with the Animal Defense League to provide free bi-monthly pet wellness clinics. The city’s newest veterinary partner, Protect Your Pet, will expand that service by adding a second ACS clinic to their schedule. The latest ACS-sponsored vaccination clinic will become a monthly recurring event at the Paul Jolly Adoption Center pavilion in Brackenridge Park.

ACS-sponsored clinics offer core canine and feline vaccinations and registered microchips (legally required in San Antonio). No appointments are needed, but services are available only for City of San Antonio residents with a picture ID and current address.

Pet owners should ensure their pets are on a leash with a properly fitting collar or in an appropriate carrier. Free vaccinations and microchips are first come, first served for the first 100 pets only.  The clinic schedule can be viewed here.
