Chicken Coops with 8 or more chickens must be at least 50 feet away from any dwelling. Chicken Coops with less than 8 chickens can be placed anywhere on a residents property.
A maximum number of eight (8) domestic fowl is allowed at a residence of which only one (1) may be a rooster.
