Animal Care Services will respond for a Bat which may have come in contact or bitten someone.
To report a Bat, please contact the Call center by calling 311 or (210) 207-6000. 311 is available seven days a week from 7am-7pm and on holidays from 8am-5pm.
For Bat infestations on private property, please contact a private pest control or exterminator.
