Financial and Housing Recovery Center


The Financial and Housing Recovery Center is part of the Recovery and Resiliency Plan for the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

The plan includes a section on community resilience, which ensures that households and businesses affected by COVID-19 have the resources and tools to become financially resilient and better prepared to withstand future economic challenges.

The program provides individuals and families rent, mortgage, utility and internet access assistance in the event of a hardship. Cash assistance is no longer available; however, individuals will be connected to a benefits navigator for assistance in enrolling for long term benefits.

Other services include: Financial Benefits Navigation, Financial Counseling, Under 1 Roof, Minor Repair Program, Job Training Support, Owner-Occupied Rehab Program.

The Fair Housing Program is operated Monday through Friday 7:45am to 4:30pm. You may contact the Fair Housing Program by calling (210) 207-5910.
