Residents are eligible for 2 free special collections of leaves per fiscal year (October 1st-September 30th). You may place out up to 50 cardboard boxes or 50 (paper) bagged leaves for collection. Leaves in plastic bags will not be accepted. For any additional leaf collections after the 2 free, there is a $20 fee per collection. The bagged leaves must be placed at the curb for pickup even if collection services are in the alley.
The pick up date for collection is set depending on when the work order is entered. If entered on Monday before 4:00p, it will be collected starting Tuesday of that same week and they have through Friday of that week to service the location. If entered on Monday after 4:00p, the pick up is scheduled for the following week beginning on Tuesday and they have until Friday of that week to service the location.
Payments for additional leaf collections can be paid online, in person, or by mail. A link is sent via email to make a payment online. If the resident does not have an email, please call the Fiscal Office for the Customer Number and Invoice Number and payment can be made in person or by mail.
Pay in Person at: 100 W. Houston, Concourse Level (cashier) San Antonio, Texas 78205. They accept cash, check or credit card.
Pay by Mail: P.O. Box 60, San Antonio, Texas, 78291-0060. Make check /money order out to the City of San Antonio and include the Customer Number and Invoice Number on the check.
